For 17 years, Tim served as the owner of his own Farmers Insurance Agency, where he built a reputation for excellence and an amazing customer experience. In January 2021, Tim made a strategic decision to sell his agency and concentrate his talents on his love for all things Real Estate.

In 2018, Tim acquired his first investment property. This marked the beginning of a new chapter in his career, showcasing his adaptability and entrepreneurial spirit. Tim has since built a strong portfolio of investment properties in the residential, commercial, and multi-family arenas.
